Growing up in the Koli community, he learned all about fishing and relished the authentic seafood recipes from his grandma. Driven by a deep love for his roots, Maheshbhai dreamed of sharing the authentic flavors of Koli cuisine with everyone in India. In 2024, he made that dream a reality by launching Royal Sea Foods – the very first Gujarati seafood brand. Royal Sea Food was initiated by Mahesh Bhai, a first-generation entrepreneur in his family, who embarked on a remarkable journey to introduce the authentic flavors of Koli cuisine to the world. Back in 2017, Maheshbhai had this amazing idea inspired by his upbringing in the fishing village of Chorwad.
